Spring Days

Hello my loves,

I am back again. Today I want to take some time out and appreciate the fact the winter is OVERRRRRRRR! Thank god for that. Not that the weather in Nanjing is any better - There is nothing like morning rains and cold winds to greet you for those early morning classes. (eye roll). I am still waiting for my beautiful spring days to cheer me up but seems like this year, we are going to go straight into summers. :(

Anyways, generally i transition from winter to warmer days quite easily, but this year, Nanjing is really playing up the cooler days, so I am playing up on wearing boots. Boots can be versatile. You can wear them day or night and the heel protects you from those rain puddles. They are warm, cozy and comfortable (yes, I am a fan), without being too much and my long collared dress, is chic without being too structured, and I feel like between a dozen exams and classes, being comfortable is just what the doctor ordered. The boots I am wearing here are by Zara, and they are in a brighter color than the other ones I have in my collection, which is why I love them so much. Pairing them with my green dress gave me very Louis Vuitton vibes too, and if you know me, you know I love my LV vibes. hahaha.
